Area 1 Agency on Aging

Area Agencies are the grass roots’ administrators of the aging programs in their planning and service areas. The Area I Agency on Aging contracts with appropriate agencies in local county government to deliver services. Each county has a County Council on Aging which plans and oversees programs for the elderly in their counties.
